Cindy Smith, owner and operator of The Hair Loft in Troutman NC, has been in the hair industry since 1985. Cindy and her staff are experts in the newest hair styles and coloring techniques.

After moving from Rhode Island in 2000 she co-owned NASCUTS in Mooresville NC. She opened The Hair Loft in 2005. It's located on Hwy 21 between downtown Troutman and I-77.
